Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

The Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel (OARC) is committed to ensuring equal access to and full participation in court and probation services and programs for qualified individuals with disabilities, including employees of the OARC. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is an important part of our culture, and we are committed to providing reasonable accommodations when needed without causing undue hardship to the OARC.

The OARC ADA Coordinator is responsible for initiating the interactive process once an employee or member of the public has made a request for reasonable accommodation. The only exception applies to applicants for the Colorado bar exam. You may reach the ADA Coordinator, Kevin Hanks, by calling (303) 928-7862 or by emailing k.hanks@csc.state.co.usPLEASE NOTE: Bar exam applicants must utilize the process outlined here when requesting ADA accommodations for Colorado bar exam.
