Annual Reports

In the spring of each year, the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel publishes an annual report covering the prior calendar year with detailed information about its work. The annual report outlines both procedures that govern and data that reflect the work of admissions, registration, CLE compliance, handling complaints about attorneys and LLPs, education efforts, the unauthorized practice of law, and inventory counsel. The report discusses the volunteer committees and boards that have important roles in all of this work. Since 2018, the annual report also has discussed demographic trends in the Colorado legal profession. Please note that reports from 2012 and prior years contain information only about the attorney complaint and discipline process.
