Attorneys Admitted to the Practice of Law in Other Jurisdictions but Not in Colorado Who Have Been Publicly Disciplined in Colorado

Attorneys who have not been admitted to practice law in Colorado, but are admitted to practice in another jurisdiction, are still subject to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Colorado Supreme Court if they engage in the practice of law in Colorado. The following is a list of cases in which attorneys who are not admitted to the practice of law in Colorado have been publicly disciplined for violating the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct.  The list includes links to further information about each specific case. This list does not purport to reflect the attorney’s current licensure status in any jurisdiction, nor does it purport to include the attorney’s entire disciplinary history in any jurisdiction. This list is provided as a courtesy, may not be complete, and does not include matters resulting in discipline prior to 2008.
