The Legal Regulation Committee comprises at least nine members, including a Chair and Vice-Chair. The Legal Regulation Committee is empowered to act on attorney regulation and unauthorized practice of law matters in accordance with the respective rules within Rules 242.4, 242.13-17, and 242.43 and Rules 232.5, 232.10-13.
