Complete the Notice of Medical Aid or Mobility Device Form only to notify the Office of Attorney Admissions (OAA) that you will bring a Pre-Approved Medical Aid or Mobility Device into the testing room on exam day(s). A list of Pre-Approved medical aids and devices is available HERE. You may submit you notification using our Notice of Pre-Approved Medical Aid or Mobility Device form HERE.
Medical items cannot interfere with the testing schedule, testing space, or change the environmental conditions of the testing room; otherwise, applicants must apply for and obtain an accommodation.
*MEDICATIONS: Prescription medications and over-the-counter medications are always allowed in the testing room, subject to security screening. Please refer to the Applicant Agreement for conditions.
Applicants applying to take the Colorado Bar Examination or LLP Examination may submit a request for testing accommodations to the OAA. Please review the following for information, guidelines, and instructions on how to complete and submit your request for testing accommodations to the OAA.
All information provided by the applicant in their accommodations submission, including evidence of prior accommodations and medical treatment provider documents, will be subject to verification.
Falsified documentation, fraudulently created or procured documentation, or documentation obtained through means prohibited by law will be grounds for denial of accommodations and for a Character and Fitness investigation.
Applicants who received testing accommodations by the OAA within three (3) years of the exam date for which they submitted their original request may be eligible to submit a Re-Application for Testing Accommodations.
