Current CiviCore Applications

The Office of Attorney/LLP Admissions is migrating to a new website and a new admissions platform called ILG Admissions Manager. The ILG Admissions platform launched on August 31, 2026. Only existing submitted applications in CiviCore will continue to be processed, which includes all On Motion and UBE Score Transfer applications submitted in CiviCore prior to the database change and July 2026 Bar Exam Applicants. If you have an unsubmitted application in CiviCore, you must have it submitted by September 15, 2026 or you will need to start over in the new admissions database.

BAR EXAM APPLICANTS: New instructions and application process will go into effect with the FEBRUARY 2027 Colorado exam applicant pool. The substance of the application will not change, but we believe the new platform will be more intuitive for applicants and easier to navigate. All July 2026 bar exam applicants should keep a copy of their submitted application and supporting documents for their records and potential need to access the data in future.
