Two opportunities this season to grow your well-being leadership — and your organization’s culture.
Spring is a season of renewal — and there is no better time to invest in the health and sustainability of your legal organization. This spring, APEX is offering two distinct opportunities for Colorado legal professionals ready to take meaningful action on well-being: a one-day in-person CLE on April 14th, and a six-month leadership cohort launching in May. Whether you are looking for a single afternoon of deep learning or a sustained peer experience, there is something here for you.
Creating Legal Workplaces Where Everyone Can Thrive
Join us on April 14, 2026, for an in-person CLE program designed to move the conversation on lawyer well-being from awareness to action. Well-Being By Design: Creating Legal Workplaces Where Everyone Can Thrive is a hands-on, practical program for legal professionals who want to understand what it actually takes to build a workplace where people can do their best work — and go home whole.
This program is designed for attorneys, administrators, and organizational leaders across all settings — law firms, public agencies, in-house departments, and nonprofits. It offers CLE credit and a rare chance to learn alongside peers from across the Colorado legal community.

Leading Well-Being in Legal Organizations
If one afternoon sparks your thinking, the Well-Being Leadership Cohort will help you build something lasting. Launching in May 2026, this six-month program is designed specifically for organizational leaders across Colorado’s legal community who are ready to make well-being a genuine core value — not just a program on the calendar.
The cohort moves through six learning modules covering the full arc of well-being leadership: from building the business case and understanding the latest data, to systemic and cultural change, to sustainability and stakeholder strategy. New content this year addresses AI and technology stress, generational dynamics, psychological safety, vicarious trauma, and identity and belonging — topics that reflect where the profession actually is today.
The program culminates in a 90-day action plan — a real, tangible deliverable tailored to where your organization is right now, whether you are planting the first seeds of a well-being culture or scaling what you have already built. Cohort members also join a growing alumni network of Colorado legal leaders committed to this work for the long haul.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of the peer experience.
