Privacy Policy-

An attorney or licensed legal paraprofessional (“LLP”) in Colorado must provide all information required by C.R.C.P. 227 as part of annual registration.  The public-facing record will include the attorney or LLP’s name, business or firm name, business address, business telephone and fax numbers, registration number, admission date, whether the attorney or LLP is in private practice, and whether the attorney or LLP carries professional liability insurance.  The Office of Attorney Registration shares business information designated as court information, including business email addresses, with the Judicial Department to enable Colorado-licensed attorneys and LLPs to e-file in Colorado state courts.  However, the Office of Attorney Registration does not publicly release email addresses of attorneys or LLPs.  The Office of Attorney Registration does not publicly release information designated as a home address, home phone number, or a mobile number unless the attorney or LLP is using that same information for business or court purposes.
